Hi, I’m Diksha Sachan — a brand and digital operations strategist based in Mumbai, India. With over 4 years of experience, I specialize in building and scaling purpose-driven brands across fashion and impact sectors. From reviving D2C revenue streams to curating sector-first innovation programs, I’ve led cross-functional teams, crafted end-to-end digital ecosystems, and executed campaigns that not only perform but resonate.
Currently, I lead Brand Strategy & Innovation Programs at 200 Million Artisans, where I launched Kula Conclave — a platform connecting craft-led brands with global leaders — and piloted Kula Innovate, India’s first craft-focused innovation challenge. In my past role at designer label Urvashi Kaur, I spearheaded a digital transformation that doubled online sales, built a Shopify storefront for 1000+ SKUs, and secured 50+ media features including Vogue and GQ.
My work bridges strategy and execution — I love combining creative vision with analytical depth. Whether it’s designing KPI frameworks, moderating branding workshops, or reimagining customer journeys, I’m always seeking ways to blend storytelling with systems thinking.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology and am currently a Global South Fellow (2025) at OnePointFive Academy.
